The Happy Budget Planning Workshop, part of the ENCARE Project, aims to develop a program to support more effective submission of applications for funded projects. The pilot session took place on October 22 and was attended by several researchers from CEOS.PP. ISCAP welcomed 21 students from HELMo (Haute École Libre Mosane), a partner institution in Belgium.
