She holds a PhD in Management from the Portucalense University. She worked in risk analysis and control in the financial sector. Since 2009, she is a professor at ISCAP in the area of Management and teaches Social Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Seminars, Management Principles, Organisational Management, Management and Organisation of Companies, Operations Management and HR Management. She is a researcher at CEOS.PP - Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of P.Porto and develops her research in the area of Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship. She has participated in conferences and seminars regarding this theme and has published several papers in national and international journals.
