INCENTIVISE EXCELLENCE IN DIGITALLY-TRANSFORMED PEDAGOGY: APPLYING CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE FOR STUDENTS’ INCLUSIVENESS AND SUCCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION
The project aims to reward and incentivise excellence in internationalised teaching by applying Cultural Intelligence/ Cultural Quotient (CQ) in digitally transformed pedagogy, thus ensuring inclusiveness and success of students with cultural differences. To achieve this aim, three interconnected approaches are suggested by the project:
- to train teachers in applying new and innovative digitally transformed pedagogy based on cultural intelligence, in order to strengthen inclusion and success of students with cultural difficulties
- to provide teachers with the good digital practices for applying cultural intelligence to create learning environment for inclusion, retention and success of students with cultural differences
- to promote strategy to reward and incentivise excellence in teaching based on applying cultural intelligence as a part of internationalisation process in HE
