Susana Silva

Susana Silva holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the School of Psychology of the University of Minho and is guest senior lecturer at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. She has collaborated with several public and private higher education institutions, in the first, second and third cycles in the areas of Psychology, Human Resources and Health. She is trainer in the scope of Research Methodologies (Quantitative and Qualitative), Communication, Leadership, and Human Resources. She is member of NID-RH and she has developed research in the scope of Tourism, HR Management Practices, Employability, Gender Equality, Harassment and Violence, Leadership, Communication, Group Phenomena, and Research Methodologies (Quantitative, Qualitative).
