Maria Helena Martins

Associate Researcher

PhD in Management – specialisation in Organisation and Human Resources from FEP, Master of Work Psychology in Organisations and Human Resources from the Universities of Coimbra (Portugal) and Valencia (Spain) and Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Minho. She teaches at the Polytechnic of Porto and University of Porto. She has developed research in the area of Transverse Competence Development, being linked to research groups in the area of Intercultural Competence and Communication Competence. Author of several scientific publications, she regularly participates in international conferences and collaborates as a reviewer in national and international scientific journals. Her current research interests are in the area of the Future of Work and the Development of Distinctive and Sustainable Skills for students and workers.
