Beatriz Mota

Associate Researcher

My name is Beatriz Mota and my background is in management, an area in which I work as a senior technician at the Porto City Council, where I have been for over four years.
I also currently work as a professor at ISCAP, a challenging activity that motivates me to deepen my knowledge of the area every day.
Since 2022, I have been a PhD student in Economics and Business at the University of Santiago de Compostela and I recently joined the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP) as an associate researcher of the Resource and Competence Management group.
Alongside my professional activity, I've been a Girl Scout for twenty years and it's one of my favourite activities, as well as reading, exercising outdoors, living in a busy city and learning new languages.
