PhD in Information Technologies and Systems from the University of Minho and specialist professor in Information Systems. He develops research in the area of Organisational Knowledge Management, especially in the context of Shared Services. He is a full member at CEOS.PP.
Vice president of ISCAP for the area of Organisational Transformation, Research and Pedagogical Innovation. Professor at ISCAP since 1998 in the scientific area of Information Systems.
He is member of the Scientific Technical Council of ISCAP and of the CCCC of CEOS.PP. He is director of the master's degree in e-Business.
He has developed a career as Information Technologies and Systems manager in large economic groups.
